Sales and Marketing

Title:
Sales Engineer

Description:
70% of the time will be spent selling Lab-Environ Instruments’ products and services.
The focus will be to increase demand and market share for Lab-Environ Instruments’ products and services.
Identify and target key service providers that will purchase Lab-Environ Instruments’ products through existing and new distribution.
Write customer proposals and internal business cases to close and meet sales and marketing objectives.
Meet all assigned, sales, marketing, and expense objectives.

Position Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales or comparable work.
Individuals must have excellent selling, writing, verbal, presentation, and time management skills.
Individual needs to be capable of working with customers, peers, and personnel to accomplish both long and short-range goals.
Understanding of basic business principles including sales, margin, profit, return on investment, inventory turns, and control.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level personnel, business owners, government officers, as well as technicians in a customer environment.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be willing to travel most of the time.
Individuals must be willing and capable of working in an independent environment with little or no guidance.
Person must be a self-starter, have a “never give up” attitude, and be capable of accepting rejection while meeting all objectives.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
